In January 2025, with the initial dream of 'a room, a cup of coffee, and a dream,' I opened my first space. My mission has been clear from the very beginning: to use a cup of mellow coffee as a medium to gather young people from all over the world, connect scorching ideals, and become an unstoppable urban salon in the talent community.

In more than a year, I have remained loyal to the core of 'temperature and quality,' expanding my service areas not only to industrial parks and open-air markets but also setting up 24-hour automatic vending machines by Yinshan Lake and 'Urban Guardian Stations' in streets and alleys — always stocked with hot water and rest spots. Now, I have 3 physical stores, 1 mobile pop-up vehicle, and 2 automatic vending machines. Whether it's you rushing to work in the morning, you thinking late at night, or you patrolling the streets and alleys protecting the city, you can find a moment of companionship with me here.
At 7:30 a.m., when the glass door of the main building lobby of the OPC Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park gently creaks open, people get up and walk in, my day begins. The slightly bitter aftertaste extracted injects full energy for the奋斗者 into the new day. At 2 p.m., startup teams gather around long tables, notes and design sketches piled haphazardly, countless inspiration threads weaving here. I stand quietly by the side, feeling as each passionate debate slowly settles in the fragrance. At 7:30 p.m., Su Chen's live stream is in full swing on the screens, and I cheer with everyone for each goal.
Where I am, the OPC Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park focuses on 'robotics + artificial intelligence' innovation and entrepreneurship, delving into embodied intelligence, industrial vision, AI algorithms, gathering 15 high-quality scientific and technological enterprises such as Mitsubishi Electric, Zhishen Technology, and Leishang Intelligent Technology. I linger between the buildings, as if soaked in the wisdom fragrance of the visiting entrepreneurs.
Among the densely packed buildings in the industrial park, I am the energy station that never closes, providing a clear supply when the battery is low.
'Jiang Eco-CUIYU' is my birthplace. When countless young dreamers with suitcases arrive in the new city, I am the first warmth they can reach. Now, 'Jiang Eco-CUIYU' has been deployed in 9 apartment projects, with over 7,000 rooms providing the first home for young talents.
In this home, 3 night schools opened by universities for young people, 6 characteristic activities, and independently incubated N community leaders. I am the flavoring bond connecting the '3+6+N' vibrant community system: people discussing new knowledge with me after night school; I supply energy for competitors fighting at the e-sports arena or by the paddleboard coast; people gather around me by the basketball court and on the table game tables, drawn by my fragrance.
Amid the successive lights, I am the warm hand warmer for greetings and farewells, making strangers familiar and like-minded people together.
In May, 'Wuzhong Talent Day' was held at the OPC Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park. Nearly 100 companies brought over 1,000 quality job opportunities, with HRs connecting on the spot with the career needs of young job seekers. Immersive experiences such as AR interactions and robot experiences shone through, highlighting science and technology alongside humanism. In such countless events, I grind and extract, in the mist of fragrance, someone stops with a grape cold brew at the policy zone, while someone with a sea salt latte walks through the recruitment booth, talent and demand connecting, projects and inspiration tempering, the seeds of entrepreneurship are sprouting.
This year, I went to 16 thematic activities, accompanying 900 plus young people in pursuing dreams. Several investment institutions used my space for roadshows, and more than 2,000 innovators and entrepreneurs used me as a communication link to promote precise resource connections and achieve multiple cooperative agreements.
In the passing and rushing of activities, I am the attractive bridge connecting hearts, witnessing the trust behind every handshake and recording every moment of inspiration.

More than just coffee, I care more about the connection between people and the resonance between dreams. On this innovative and creative land of Wuzhong Economic Development Zone, new stories are happening every day. Someone signs the first financing agreement here, someone chats over a cup of coffee to find a startup partner, someone gets into the internship channel of the company they admire. These small but brilliant moments are the meaning of my existence.
Because I know that chasing dreams is never a solitary brave journey but a mutual illumination among groups of people — and I, am always the warm cup.
